April 2006, SKF acquired MacrotechPolyseal 51% of the shares. Agreement SKF will acquire the remaining 49% within 3 years of shares, all of the acquisition has been completed now. The move will be the second quarter of 2009 was reflected in cash flow, amounting to about 25 million U.S. dollars.
The company now known as SKFPolyseal company located in Salt Lake City Utah, the main industry for all types of industrial sealing solutions. In 2008, its operating income was 39 million U.S. dollars, employs 373 people.
